An unexpected benefit is that we can also use Workfacta for important transparency and accountability activities such as audits for our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality System ISO. Running our reportables through Workfacta weekly has made audit time much easier. We no-longer need multiple tracking systems, we can bring them all together in Workfacta.
As CEO, my favourite Workfacta feature is the business planning and the ability to run the quarterly business reports to see how we’re tracking against the annual business plan.
