After implementing Workfacta

Our meetings are more focused. Workfacta helps us move forward with our plans, no threads are lost, decisions are made and there’s no confusion over what was decided.

Best of all, no one has to write meeting minutes! Everything is done within the meeting, no one is wasting an hour of admin time after meetings writing minutes, assigning tasks and clarifying what was decided.

Workfacta has also improved our transparency. It’s forced us to form the habit of working out which numbers we need to look at and reviewing them weekly.

As a husband and wife working together, people assume we’ve spoken to each other and know what the other is thinking, but it’s not the case! Workfacta gives us the tools to communicate our direction and vision with the team and push forward. Workfacta also ensures what’s communicated with the rest of the team who aren’t in management meetings aligns with what we discuss.

Workfacta helps us execute what we’ve decided to do and shows us what we’re achieving. At the end of each quarter, it’s great to see that we’ve gotten through our tasks, ticked off those goals and can move on to the next ones. I would say our productivity has increased 20 per cent.
