Where does our name come from?
Running a business requires complex moving parts working well together. Giving these parts structure is the key to unlocking success and growth. That’s why our founder, Adam, created the acronym FACTA, a set of principles underpinning business success, to keep your goals, processes and teams aligned to what matters. These principles are also the foundations of our business philosophy and are at the heart of everything we do.
Our name comes from the contraction of “Work” and “FACTA”. The Acronym FACTA stands for:
